The Aviation Heritage Center will be hosting our first Youth Aviation Adventure Program for kids ages 12-17.  Followed by an EAA Young Eagles Rally.  The workshop is a fast paced program created to introduce young people to the exciting world of aviation.  The curriculum is based on the requirements for earning the Boy Scout Aviation Merit Badge and meets many Girl Scout badge requirements as well.  The students will rotate between different educational stations where they will participate in hands-on discussion about airplane preflight checks, airport operations, aerodynamics, aircraft engines, instrument panels and even participate in an aviation quiz game.  The day will culminate with a Young Eagles flight provided by EAA Chapter 766 volunteers.

Cost for the program is $5 per student.

To register, contact the Aviation Heritage Center at 920-467-2043 or email lorri.r@sheboyganaviation.com
