The Trojan Horsemen/T-28 pilots will begin flying in on Thursday, July 24 and will call the Sheboygan County Memorial Airport their home until they fly out together on Monday, July 27. Up to 40 aircraft are expected. While they are here, the pilots will be learning and practicing their formation flying. Come watch from our observation deck!
Come join us for movie night at the Aviation Heritage Center. Bring your own lawn chair or use one of our folding chairs. The hangar is climate controlled for your comfort. We have a 36-foot wide screen for your enjoyment. Freshly popped popcorn, candy and soda will be available for purchase.
Doors open at 6:30pm. Pre-movie entertainment is provided by the local SHARKS (Sheboygan Area Radio Kontrol Society) and their expert indoor flying.
The Aviation Heritage Center will be hosting our first Youth Aviation Adventure Program for kids ages 12-17. Followed by an EAA Young Eagles Rally. The workshop is a fast paced program created to introduce young people to the exciting world of aviation. The curriculum is based on the requirements for earning the Boy Scout Aviation Merit Badge and meets many Girl Scout badge requirements as well.
